About the role
Finance Team at KKR supports strategic direction through financial planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting and controls. The AVP leads fund accounting for Private Markets funds, overseeing valuations, performance, fee calculations and investor reporting while driving process improvements and cross‑team collaboration. Based in Gurugram, India with a hybrid model (4 days onsite, 1 flexible day).
What you’ll bring
- 10-12 years fund accounting experience
- 3+ years management experience
- Strong US GAAP & IFRS knowledge
- SEC reporting experience
- Leadership of finance/accounting teams
- Excellent analytical and business judgment
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Commitment to integrity and fiduciary responsibilities
Nice to have
- Investran or Geneva systems
- Third‑party fund administrator coordination
- Process improvement and technology implementation
