Principal Consultant - HRIS SuccessFactors LMS

About the role

The HRIS Team seeks a Principal Consultant to manage the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) in Noida, India. This hybrid role involves serving as the primary LMS subject matter expert, configuring platform functionality, and managing integrations with Employee Central. The consultant partners with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions and ensures system stability and compliance.

What you’ll do

• Serve as primary owner and administrator of the LMS platform
• Configure and maintain LMS functionality including learning items and user groups
• Manage Employee Central to LMS integrations and data synchronization
• Lead business analysis activities to define requirements and solutions
• Act as primary point of contact for operational support and issue resolution
• Manage system updates, testing, release activities, and periodic reviews
• Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials
• Monitor system utilization and identify opportunities for optimization

What you’ll bring

• Technical and functional ownership of SuccessFactors LMS
• Experience configuring LMS functionality (curricula, security roles)
• Ability to manage Employee Central to LMS integrations
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership competencies
