About the role

Principal Consultant on the Curam team at Merative, a global provider of digital safety nets for social services. Drives end‑to‑end project implementations, facilitating requirements workshops, designing Cúram extensions, and coding in a J2EE environment. Works closely with government clients and integration partners in Bengaluru, delivering solutions that modernize public sector programs. Remote work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops
Design and implement Cúram extensions and configurations
Collaborate on CBAS architecture
Develop, code, and unit test Cúram solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Manage source code with version control
Lead and mentor junior consultants

What you’ll bring

6+ years technical consulting
3+ years Cúram software
3+ years J2EE/Java
Relational DB knowledge (DB2, Oracle, SQL)

Nice to have

Bachelor's in IT or related field
5+ years Cúram experience
Cloud platform familiarity (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud)
2+ years public sector human services
