About the role

The Deputy Manager monitors daily fraud, analyzes suspect transactions, and creates dashboards to drive zero‑fraud exposure while coordinating with risk, product, and field teams. Based in Pune corporate office, on‑site role with occasional field interaction.
What you’ll do
- Perform daily fraud monitoring and tracking
- Analyze suspect transactions and report findings
- Investigate fraud/dispute cases and conduct root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain error‑free dashboards
- Coordinate with RCU field teams for timely investigations
- Propose new fraud prevention strategies and system changes
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years experience in similar industry
- Good Excel knowledge
- SQL knowledge preferred
- Power BI knowledge preferred
- Credit Card business knowledge
