MFI Business Compliance team at Bajaj Finance builds automated reporting and KPI frameworks for MFI and Gold businesses. The Deputy Manager designs SQL data pipelines, creates AI-driven monitoring solutions, and develops Power BI/SFDC dashboards to deliver real-time compliance insights. Pune office, on-site work model, with cross‑functional collaboration on automation and data quality initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Own and deliver automated Business Compliance reporting and dashboards
• Build and optimize SQL‑based data pipelines for scalable analytics
• Design and implement regulatory and non‑regulatory KPI frameworks
• Drive end‑to‑end automation of calling workflows and case management
• Develop AI‑driven monitoring solutions for real‑time KPI tracking
• Create and enhance SFDC dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Continuously improve data quality, process efficiency, and automation coverage

What you’ll bring
