About the role
Finance Transformation Practice at Accenture helps clients redesign core finance functions for sustainable growth. The Associate Director leads large finance transformation programs, shaping vision, assessing feasibility, and delivering end‑to‑end roadmaps while integrating AI, RPA and GenAI solutions. Works closely with C‑suite stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in Chennai, on‑site, driving strategic finance innovation and stakeholder alignment.
What you’ll do
- Develop transformation vision and feasibility assessments
- Design and deliver finance transformation roadmaps and business cases
- Lead project delivery and stakeholder management
- Guide cross‑functional teams through design, build, deploy phases
- Integrate GenAI, AI analytics and automation solutions
- Drive strategic finance innovation for clients
What you’ll bring
- Chartered Accountant
- MBA or CPA
- 7-12 years finance & accounting experience
- 4+ years finance consulting
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- AI/RPA implementation experience
- 3 full lifecycle finance transformation projects
