About the role

Risk Transformation team at EY GDS Consulting helps clients align risk strategies with business objectives through technology and scalable governance. The Associate Director leads large‑scale risk transformation engagements across Internal Audit, SOX, TPRM and ERM, drives business development, and mentors high‑performing teams. Noida, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across global EY teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver risk transformation programs across multiple domains
• Manage client relationships and drive engagement financials
• Develop and sell innovative risk solutions integrating AI, analytics and automation
• Mentor and develop delivery teams, supporting hiring and performance management
• Contribute to practice development, thought leadership and reusable assets
• Collaborate with global EY teams on go‑to‑market initiatives
• Support proposal development, RFP responses and account growth
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• MBA or equivalent degree
• 10+ years risk consulting experience
• Big 4 or similar advisory background
• Certifications such as CIA, CISA or CRISC
• Experience with GRC tools and digital risk platforms
• Proven business development and proposal management
• Experience delivering large global engagements
• Strong stakeholder and commercial acumen
