Sr. Associate – R&D Analytical

What you’ll do

• Perform mechanical and chemical sample testing per SOPs
• Maintain laboratory documentation and logs
• Ensure compliance with NABL and quality systems
• Coordinate issue resolution with R&D, QA, Production, Regulatory
• Support internal and external audits
• Initiate and track CAPA
• Conduct training for lab personnel
• Manage vendor and external lab coordination

What you’ll bring

5+ years in analytical laboratory operations

Nice to have

• Experience with NABL requirements
• Knowledge of CAPA and audit processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
