About the role

Automotive Software Projects team at Infineon Technologies drives development of embedded microcontroller solutions for automotive applications. The Senior Project Leader defines roadmaps, manages budgets and risks, and coordinates cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact software projects on schedule. Based in Bangalore, on-site work model, leading diverse teams across locations.

What you’ll do

• Define requirements and create roadmaps for automotive software projects
• Manage project budget, profitability planning, and risk assessments
• Plan and track resources, deliveries, budget, and risks across multi‑function teams
• Interface with concept, development, validation, quality, and functional safety teams to ensure on‑time delivery
• Oversee software product development from feasibility to launch for automotive embedded microcontroller products
• Track, report, and control project performance against time, cost, quality, and schedule targets

What you’ll bring

• 10-15 years Embedded Software Development
• 4-6 years end-to-end Project Management
• Experience with Jira and MPP tools
• Knowledge of ASPICE and Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity (ISO 21434)
