What you’ll do
- Develop detailed test plans for CPU core pipeline and micro-architecture features
- Collaborate with CPU design, verification, and SOC bring-up teams to create validation strategies
- Execute validation on emulators, FPGA, and silicon, triage and debug failures
- Develop test content and methodologies for pre-silicon and silicon phases
- Suggest and architect debug features to improve future CPU bring-up
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years hardware engineering experience
- Proficiency in assembly, C/C++ embedded firmware
- Experience with software tool chain: assemblers, C compilers, Makefiles, source control
- Knowledge of CPU micro-architecture and validation
- Experience in silicon validation and bring-up
