What you’ll do

• Interface with design team to ensure DFT rules and coverage
• Generate high‑quality ATPG test patterns using on‑chip compression
• Perform MBIST verification and timing corner simulations
• Collaborate with product/test engineering to deliver test patterns for ATE
• Support post‑silicon debug and issue resolution
• Develop diagnostic tools for ATPG, MBIST, and bring‑up

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years ASIC/DFT simulation and silicon validation
• In‑depth knowledge of ATPG coverage analysis
• Experience with MBIST verification and memory repair
• Proficiency with Mentor, TestKompress, VCS or ModelSim
• Scripting skills in Perl or shell
