About the role

Technical Support team at Mavenir builds and operates cloud-native packet core solutions for 4G and 5G networks. The Senior Member of Technical Staff provides end‑to‑end architectural support, troubleshoots complex multi‑vendor issues, and leads integration and deployment of packet core in cloud environments. Bangalore, India, on‑site.

What you’ll do

• Provide end‑to‑end support and architectural expertise for Packet Core solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multi‑vendor telecom environments
• Lead customer and product support activities to ensure high service availability
• Drive integration, onboarding, and deployment of Packet Core solutions in cloud environments
• Analyze network issues using Wireshark and other diagnostic utilities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless delivery and optimization
• Guide and mentor teams on advanced troubleshooting and architecture design
