About the role

Amazon Transportation Team Lead, AMZL, responsible for overseeing shift operations at the Lucknow Delivery Center, ensuring smooth execution of the delivery process from station to customer. Leads a territorial delivery team, drives performance improvements through process controls like Kaizen, and analyzes data to remove bottlenecks. Lucknow, UP, India, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Manage shift operations and support DC manager in performance planning
• Define, build, and execute delivery processes to customer addresses
• Ensure sufficient team bandwidth during peak periods
• Lead and motivate delivery associates to maintain high performance
• Implement continuous process improvements and Kaizen initiatives
• Analyze performance data to identify and resolve bottlenecks

What you’ll bring

• 1+ years logistics or warehousing experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent English (read/write/speak)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
