About the role

Amazon AMZL Transportation Team Lead oversees shift operations at the Dehradun delivery center, driving performance, safety and customer experience. Leads end‑to‑end inbound/outbound logistics, manages metrics, trains associates and stands in for the Area Manager. Dehradun, India – on‑site, hybrid schedule with day and night shifts as needed.

What you’ll do

Manage end‑to‑end operations for large or multiple sites
Meet customer‑facing metrics while controlling costs and ensuring safety
Drive performance management and implement training plans
Continuously improve delivery processes and audit 4M/5S daily
Stand‑in for Area Manager and handle escalations
Perform analytical deep‑dives and data‑driven decision making

What you’ll bring

1-3 years experience in customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing
Strong execution and action‑oriented mindset
People management skills
Fluent English reading, writing and speaking
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to manage day and night shifts
