About the role
People Technology Platform Enablement at AVEVA focuses on building and governing the Workday integration landscape. The Workday Platform Specialist manages integration governance, provides operational support, leads delivery of new integrations, and ensures compliance with security and SOX standards. Hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India with 50% onsite presence, collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, Works Councils and external partners.
What you’ll do
- Own and maintain Workday Integration Log and documentation
- Act as primary contact for integration queries and incident management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of new integrations from design to deployment
- Coordinate with AMS provider and external support partners
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, SOX and data protection standards
- Engage with HR, IT, Finance and Works Councils to manage changes
- Identify and implement continuous improvement for integration governance
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years supporting Workday integrations
- Experience with Workday EIBs and Core Connectors
- Understanding of API and middleware integration concepts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Experience in governance, compliance, SOX audit environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Knowledge of data privacy and protection principles
- Experience working with Works Councils
