About the role

The Workday Specialist configures and maintains Workday Recruiting and the Eightfold AI recruiting platform, partners with talent acquisition to troubleshoot workflows, and supports releases and advanced reporting. Bangalore, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modules and related business processes
- Manage Eightfold integration and support its configuration
- Develop and support advanced reporting, calculated fields, and security roles
- Own end‑to‑end recruiting workflows and ensure compliance
- Coordinate releases, assess impact, and manage testing and sign‑off
- Serve as subject matter expert and provide guidance on best practices
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Workday Recruiting configuration experience
- Experience with Eightfold or similar CRM integration
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication with non‑technical stakeholders
- Workday Pro certification preferred
- Financial services industry experience a plus
- Participation in Workday implementation or major enhancement
