What you’ll do
- Detect and notify threats in customer environments
- Review incidents for SOP compliance
- Provide training and feedback to security analysts
- Identify and implement monitoring improvements
- Interact with customers on service queries
- Perform root‑cause analysis of monitoring errors
- Create and manage incident tickets
- Support 24x7 MSSP operations
What you’ll bring
- 4-6 years experience
- B.E./B.Tech in IT or Computer Engineering
- SC-200 or SC-900 certification
