About the role
Amazon Operations team ensures seamless inventory flow from vendors to fulfillment centers. The Senior Operations Associate partners with brand/vendor points of contact to manage inventory replenishment, troubleshoot inbound issues, and serve as the primary escalation contact for catalogue and operations concerns. Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND, on-site role.
What you’ll do
- Manage inventory replenishment with brand/vendor POCs
- Support inbound inventory to fulfillment centers
- Coordinate with external operations stakeholders to resolve inbound issues
- Handle brand escalations related to catalogue, inventory, and operations
