About the role

Payments - Issuance COE designs and delivers visual and interaction solutions for payment products. The Unit Manager leads the creation of user-friendly designs, collaborates with CX analysts, UX writers and product owners, and oversees design system evolution. Works onsite at the Pune Corporate Office, managing vendor teams and stakeholder expectations.

Create inspirational visual designs adhering to design language
Ensure responsive scaling and grid structures across screen sizes
Develop micro‑interactions and maintain design system
Plan goals, KRAs and guide vendor teams
Map business requirements to design solutions
Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize tasks

What you’ll bring

B.Des or M.Des from recognized design school

Nice to have

3-4 years visual/interaction design experience
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX/product teams
Implemented visual design systems in software development
Worked in tech firms or large corporate environments
