About the role

The Senior Solution Specialist leads Compensation and Core HCM configuration, supports system administration, and drives process automation across the Bangalore office. Bangalore, India, onsite (7:30 AM IST start).
What you’ll do
- Serve as subject‑matter expert for Compensation and Core HCM processes
- Configure, secure, and administer Workday modules
- Develop complex reports and bulk data loads
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Identify automation opportunities and improve organizational efficiency
- Create user procedures, documentation, and training
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Workday Core HCM and Compensation experience
- Hands‑on Workday configuration, testing, and UAT
- Workday reporting, analytics, EIB, and security administration
- Requirement gathering and fit‑gap analysis
- Experience supporting advanced compensation cycles
