About the role
Edwards Lifesciences’ Pune IT Innovation Hub is building enterprise‑wide agentic AI platforms. The Architect leads platform architecture for Microsoft Copilot and Moveworks, designing integration layers with ServiceNow, Workday, JDE, and Azure services. The role shapes governance, standards, and mentorship for Forward‑Deployed Engineers, ensuring secure, scalable AI solutions across the organization. Pune, India – On‑site, 3 days per week.
What you’ll do
- Own enterprise platform architecture for Copilot and Moveworks
- Define ecosystem blueprint, standards, and roadmap
- Design integration layer and API strategies
- Govern integration patterns with Azure infrastructure
- Lead solution architecture reviews and approvals
- Translate business requirements into scalable patterns
- Develop governance, security, and operational best practices
- Mentor Forward‑Deployed Engineers
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years progressive IT experience
- 3+ years architect role
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot ecosystem or Moveworks platform
- Strong integration architecture skills (REST/GraphQL, event‑driven, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps)
- Experience designing end‑to‑end AI solution architectures
- Platform standards and governance framework experience
- Identity, security, and compliance knowledge (Entra ID, DLP)
Nice to have
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Hands‑on experience with Moveworks platform
- Agentic AI patterns (multi‑agent orchestration, RAG)
- Integration with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Workday, SAP)
- Microsoft Power Platform familiarity
- Regulated industry AI deployment experience
- Advanced degree (optional)
- Professional certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, etc.)
