Anaplan Consultant

About the role

Cognizant seeks an Anaplan Consultant in Gurgaon or Hyderabad to design, develop, and migrate Anaplan models using PLAN standards. The role involves driving Agile sprints, managing UAT cycles, and providing UX/UI training to business users. This position requires Solution Architect certification and strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Convert user stories into Anaplan deliverables within Agile sprints
• Drive sessions for end users to demonstrate functionalities and gather feedback
• Coordinate with different teams for Anaplan integration needs
• Drive UAT cycle for business users and publish results
• Create Functional and Technical/SOP documents for developed models
• Migrate Anaplan models to production workspace and support issue resolution
• Provide user training on Anaplan developed models and UX/UI
• Troubleshoot production issues using debugging and problem-solving capabilities

What you’ll bring

• Good model design and development capabilities in Anaplan
• Understanding of PLAN standards to avoid performance challenges
• Classic to Polaris migration experience
• Knowledge of Anaplan UX and UI capabilities
• At least Solution Architect Certified

Nice to have

• Experience fixing Anaplan issues during Polaris migration
• Ability to create wireframes for desktop/laptop and mobile
• Understanding of ICM business process and FP&A Planning
• Knowledge of user roles, security, workflows, and ADO capabilities
