Senior Anaplan Consultant / Solution Architect

About the role

Engineering team at Atlas Systems builds enterprise Connected Planning solutions on the Anaplan platform. The Senior Anaplan Consultant / Solution Architect partners with business leaders to design, develop, and migrate scalable planning models across finance, supply chain, sales, and workforce domains. Works onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating with IT, data architects, and project managers to deliver high‑impact analytics and reporting.

What you’ll do

• Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future‑state planning solutions
• Design scalable Anaplan architectures, data hubs, integrations and governance frameworks
• Lead migration planning and execution from legacy planning systems
• Build and optimize Anaplan models, modules, dashboards and executive reports
• Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, CRM and data warehouse platforms
• Conduct testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support for Anaplan solutions
• Provide training, workshops and mentorship to business users and junior consultants
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Connected Planning across functions

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field
• 5+ years implementing enterprise planning solutions
• 3+ years hands‑on Anaplan implementation experience
• Proven consulting and client‑facing expertise
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
