About the role

RFP Operations team within Global Client Solutions at Ares Management supports fundraising and investment data needs. The analyst updates and maintains data sets using Excel, Power BI and generative AI tools, manages content in the CMS, and coordinates quarterly statistical updates while partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders. Mumbai, India, on‑site role focusing on data governance, automation and AI‑enhanced content creation.

What you’ll do

• Update and maintain fundraising data sets across multiple sources
• Perform content updates and data governance in the CMS
• Coordinate quarterly updates of qualitative and quantitative statistics
• Partner with RFP team and stakeholders to procure data and responses
• Leverage generative AI and prompt engineering to draft and refine submissions
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
• Support inbound data and content requests with product knowledge
• Assist with Excel Connector files for Salesforce reporting

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years financial industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, VBA, Python, SQL
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
