About the role
USWA RFP Writer on BlackRock's ACB USWA team, which supports wealth advisory product distribution, crafts high‑quality responses to RFPs, DDQs and other client inquiries. The analyst coordinates new business proposals, ensures timely delivery, collaborates with strategy, sales, legal and operations, and maintains the RFP content system. Mumbai, hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
What you’ll do
- Coordinate completion of new business RFPs and client DDQs
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery and communicate issues
- Manage workload to meet deadlines and support efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with strategy, sales, operations, legal, compliance and HR teams
- Maintain and audit core content in the RFP management system

Post Graduate MBA in Finance
Nice to have
- 1-2 years investment or asset management experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
