About the role

The Senior Software Engineer develops scalable ServiceNow applications, automates request fulfillment and service catalog processes, and integrates with external systems using JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs. Bangalore, On-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Implement and operate ServiceNow solutions within DevOps team
- Develop custom catalog items, workflows, business rules and client scripts
- Design and maintain request fulfillment and service catalog processes
- Manage platform security, ACLs and role-based access
- Perform data migration and integration using Import Sets and APIs
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum
- Troubleshoot incidents and optimize performance
- Drive automation initiatives with framework-first mindset
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years ServiceNow development
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment
- Knowledge of Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of platform security and ACLs
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer certification preferred
