About the role

RSA Security's Quality Engineering team builds robust test automation and performance testing solutions for its identity management platform. The Senior Software Testing Automation role designs and maintains scalable automation frameworks, creates functional and performance test suites, and integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with developers and DevOps. Bangalore, India, on-site, Full-time.

What you’ll do

• Define testing strategies and success criteria
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and backend
• Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end test suites
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify test scenarios
• Analyze test results and work with teams to resolve defects
• Design and execute load, stress, and scalability performance tests
• Support production readiness reviews and performance tuning
