About the role
Senior Analyst on the EUSG support team at eClerx Services, driving resolution of escalated user problems and ensuring audit‑ready documentation. Leads mentorship of analysts, manages IT asset inventory, and optimizes tracking systems for recurring failures. Works on network, server, and cloud infrastructure, administering Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, and AWS environments. Based in Coimbatore, India, on‑site with rotational shift coverage.
What you’ll do
- Lead resolution of escalated user problems
- Mentor and review analysts’ work
- Maintain IT asset inventory and compliance
- Track and improve recurring failure systems
- Communicate with senior management, vendors, and cross‑functional teams
- Administer servers, desktops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, and cloud integrations
- Prepare escalation communication and audit documentation
- Participate in IT roadmaps, hardware refresh planning, and risk assessments
What you’ll bring
- 3-6 years experience in IT support
- Advanced Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL)
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- VMware vSphere/ESXi & Hyper‑V
- Azure & AWS hybrid
- PowerShell & Python scripting
- SIEM tools (Log360/Splunk/Dynatrace)
