The role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for medical underwriter and clinical positions, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements, and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. The recruiter will also manage document and agreement trackers to streamline onboarding, forecast hiring needs, and support the team’s recruitment strategy. This position requires strong recruitment skills, knowledge of medical and healthcare hiring practices, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
