Based in Gurugram, this role manages end-to-end recruitment for US/UK markets while overseeing workforce bookings and shift coordination. The position operates on-site with a focus on seamless service delivery and candidate experience.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Manage candidate bookings and placements based on client needs
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely shift coverage
• Monitor booking fulfilment and resolve scheduling issues
• Maintain accurate records within ATS and recruitment systems
