About the role

Relationship team at Muthoot FinCorp focuses on expanding micro‑loan and gold‑backed secured loan services. The Senior Relationship Officer drives customer acquisition, builds and nurtures referral partner networks, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing and collections. Based in Kalna with an on‑site work model, the role also cross‑sells insurance and supports existing loan customers.

What you’ll do

• Identify and develop new micro‑markets and referral partners
• Generate leads through cold calling and daily sales calls
• Manage the customer journey from acquisition to loan processing
• Act as liaison between customers and branch for service delivery
• Oversee soft‑bucket collections and early mortality monitoring
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers

What you’ll bring

• 2-10 years experience in business development or financial services
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and lead generation
• Strong presentation and relationship‑building skills
• Fluency in local language and English
