About the role

Muthoot FinCorp's Relationship Management team drives customer acquisition and micro‑market expansion for loan products. The Senior Relationship Officer develops referral partner networks, conducts cold‑calling and sales calls, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing while cross‑selling insurance. Based in Contai, on‑site work with occasional travel to client locations.

What you’ll do

• Identify and acquire new micro‑markets and referral partners
• Generate leads and conduct daily sales calls as per plan
• Manage customer journey through sales, process, and product championing
• Provide doorstep service and support end‑to‑end loan processing
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
• Retain existing loan customers and meet collection targets

What you’ll bring

• 2-10 years experience in business development
• Proficiency in local language and English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to build and manage referral partner relationships
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation
