About the role
Therapy Business Manager in Abbott Women's Health, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the therapy portfolio in Bilaspur. Leads territory business planning, demand generation, and distributor management while ensuring brand presence and compliance with Abbott's code of conduct. Remote work model, travel up to 100% of the time, based in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly business plans
- Plan demand generation and monitor sales performance
- Manage distributor network and set credit limits
- Conduct prescription audits and market intelligence collection
- Organize CME camps and ensure compliance with Abbott Code of Business Conduct

- 2+ years of experience
- Prior experience in therapy sales
- Pharma MNC background preferred
