Principal Consultant - S/4 HANA FICO

About the role

YASH Technologies is seeking a Principal Consultant - S/4 HANA FICO to lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud finance implementations and drive business transformation for clients. Day-to-day work includes spearheading Fit-to-Standard workshops, configuring via SSCUIs, managing FI/CO integrations, building reusable global templates for international rollouts, and mentoring consultants across the project lifecycle. The role is based in Hyderabad, India, requires at least 3 days per week in-office, and involves travel as per project demands.

What you’ll do

• Spearhead Fit-to-Standard workshops and guide business users on standard SAP best practices and requirement mapping
• Configure using SSCUIs (Self-Service Configuration UIs) instead of SPRO customizing
• Apply in-app extensibility for custom fields, forms, and workflows
• Build and maintain a reusable Global Template for International Rollouts
• Mentor consultants and provide governance throughout the project life cycle
• Work with teams to develop testing scope, identify and manage risks within project management processes and standards
• Work closely with other module consultants on integration challenges
• Participate in daily team meetings to update and track the status and progress of tasks

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in GROW With SAP
• Worked on minimum 2 implementations of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
• SAP FICO expertise with understanding of Insurance business environment mapped to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Best Practices
• Working knowledge of CBC, CALM, and Test Automation Tool
• Working knowledge of WalkMe Tool
• Open to travel as per project demands
• Willing to work from office at least 3 days per week with Hyderabad as base work location
• Excellent communication skills
