What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking to final documentation and shipment closure
- Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings, cargo readiness, pickup arrangements, and required documentation
- Coordinate with airlines, GHA, transporters, overseas agents, and customs brokers for smooth shipment movement
- Prepare and verify export documentation including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and pre-alerts
- Handle DAP/DDP shipments
What you’ll bring
3–5 years of relevant experience in Air Export Operations within freight forwarding or logistics
