About the role

First Advantage’s HR Business Partner team drives alignment between business objectives and people strategy in Mumbai and Bangalore. The role designs and implements engagement, retention, succession, and performance frameworks while managing HR dashboards and facilitating skip‑level meetings. It operates on UK/US shift timing with flexible on‑site presence and supports cross‑functional initiatives across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Align HR processes with business priorities
• Design and execute engagement and retention initiatives
• Facilitate skip‑level meetings and performance reviews
• Develop HR strategies, policies, and communication channels
• Maintain HR dashboards and reports
• Lead succession planning and talent development
• Benchmark HR activities against industry trends
• Drive process improvement projects

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years HRBP experience
• Expertise in employee engagement, retention, succession planning
• Proficiency in performance management and HR dashboards
• Strong communication and change‑management skills
