About the role

Workforce Applications team at Anaplan builds AI‑infused scenario planning and analysis solutions that help global enterprises optimize workforce planning and decision‑making. The Sr. Application Developer designs and delivers out‑of‑the‑box and extensible workforce applications, translates business requirements into scalable architectures, builds UX and data integration components, and ensures performance and adoption across product, GTM and professional services teams. Gurugram, India, on‑site.

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver workforce applications on Anaplan platform
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures
• Build and refine UX and data integration components
• Conduct performance testing and tuning for scalability
• Collaborate with Product Management, GTM, and Professional Services
• Upgrade applications with new platform capabilities
• Provide expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure quality assurance and adoption of solutions

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Anaplan Model Builder experience
• Level 3 Anaplan Certification
• Master Anaplanner preferred
• Experience with workforce planning use cases
• Knowledge of HR source systems and data integration
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Advanced degree preferred
