About the role
Senior Internal Audit professional at KPMG India, responsible for leading audit and risk consulting engagements across multiple sectors. Leads small teams, reviews deliverables, and ensures quality client service. Manages project progress, risk, and stakeholder communication. Applies deep knowledge of business processes, control rationalization, and data analytics to identify gaps and risks. Works closely with clients, presenting findings and recommendations. Requires strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with ability to handle pressure and extended hours. Travel within India and abroad is expected.
What you’ll do
- Lead audit engagements and review team deliverables
- Conduct process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting
- Interact with client representatives for project requirements
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and update stakeholders
- Deliver quality client services and maintain project area ownership
- Analyze business processes and identify operational risks
- Travel to client locations within India and abroad
What you’ll bring
- CA with Big‑4 articleship
- MBA from top business schools, 0‑3 years experience
- CA/MBA with 1‑4 years or graduate with 4‑6 years in risk consulting
- CIA or CISA certification an advantage
