About the role
KGS Internal Audit team ensures robust internal controls and compliance across client engagements. The Senior Internal Auditor conducts complex financial, operational, and compliance audits, prepares documentation, executes test of design and operating effectiveness, and mentors junior staff. Bangalore office, on-site work schedule, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
What you’ll do
- Conduct complex internal audits (financial, operational, compliance)
- Assist onshore team with walkthroughs and process documentation
- Execute test of design and operating effectiveness of controls
- Prepare high‑quality deliverables and manage timelines
- Facilitate kick‑off, status, and closing meetings
- Communicate audit findings to managers and IA leadership
- Identify improvement opportunities and share knowledge
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree (BBM/BBA/BCom)
- Minimum 4 years internal audit experience
Nice to have
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA/CIA (preferred)
