About the role

The Senior Executive leads agency recruitment, activation, productivity and engagement, monitors performance metrics and implements strategic plans to meet top‑line and bottom‑line targets. Based in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, on‑site role with occasional travel to other DO locations.
What you’ll do
- Drive agency business in Digital Office locations for Non Health business
- Monitor and drive agency recruitment, activation, productivity and engagement across DO locations
- Implement key agency matrix and uniform practices
- Achieve top‑line and bottom‑line targets as per defined matrix
- Provide strategic inputs and design implementation plans
- Drive renewals to meet targets
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing
- Insurance domain knowledge
Nice to have
- 0-5 years experience in agency business
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience managing large data and analytics
- Ability to drive sales teams
