Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant

About the role

Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management team drives enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions. The consultant designs and delivers end‑to‑end change programs, conducts readiness assessments, creates training and champion networks, and builds adoption dashboards to measure productivity gains. Based in Kochi, India, on‑site role with occasional travel to Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets.

What you’ll do

• Develop adoption strategies and readiness assessments
• Design and deliver role‑based training and champion programs
• Create communications, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management plans
• Monitor usage analytics and produce executive adoption dashboards
• Collaborate with technical consultants across security, identity, and Power Platform

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience delivering technology adoption or change management programs
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot deployments
• Proficiency with Prosci ADKAR or equivalent methodology
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or related field

Nice to have

• Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred)
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS‑900)
