Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Productivity Lead

About the role

Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Productivity Lead works within the Microsoft 365 Copilot practice to design, deploy, and realize value from AI‑powered productivity solutions for enterprise clients. The role leads end‑to‑end planning, readiness assessments, deployment, governance, and adoption across collaboration, security, and data domains, coordinating multidisciplinary delivery teams. Based in Kochi, Kerala, India, on‑site role with occasional travel to Gulf region clients.

What you’ll do

• Define and own Copilot solution methodology and delivery approach
• Conduct readiness assessments and remediation planning for client environments
• Lead provisioning, grounding, and extensibility of Copilot across M365 services
• Ensure security, compliance, and AI governance across deployments
• Develop use‑case catalogues, success metrics, and executive reporting
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Produce solution designs, deployment documentation, and runbooks
• Drive adoption and change management with client teams

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment, and extensibility
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Collaboration, Purview, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
• Experience with licensing, data governance, security, and responsible AI principles
• Proven program leadership and executive stakeholder management
• Ability to create use‑case catalogues, value realization frameworks, and adoption strategies
• Strong solution architecture and workshop facilitation skills
• Excellent English communication
