About the role

Technology Department at TATA Consultancy Services focuses on delivering AI‑powered productivity solutions across the enterprise. The Microsoft Copilot Engineer leads the design, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot, integrating it with Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Platform while driving AI adoption and workflow automation. Based in Bengaluru with an on‑site work model, the role collaborates with security, compliance and infrastructure teams and conducts user training and workshops.

What you’ll do

• Lead implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions
• Configure and manage Copilot integrations across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Assess readiness and enforce governance, security and compliance controls
• Design AI‑assisted workflows and automation opportunities
• Monitor performance, usage analytics and adoption metrics
• Conduct training sessions, workshops and knowledge‑sharing activities
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure and Application teams
• Troubleshoot issues and provide advanced technical support

What you’ll bring

• 6-10 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and AI technologies
• 2+ years implementing Copilot or similar AI productivity platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, PowerShell and REST APIs
• Experience in governance, security and compliance for AI solutions
