About the role

Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS) seeks a Consultant within the Commercial Insights & Analytics team to drive impactful healthcare outcomes through data. The role involves designing complex reports, analyzing prescription and sales datasets, and delivering strategic recommendations using BI tools. This position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement complex reporting in Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI for commercial activities
  • Analyze multiple datasets including IQVIA, Prescription, and Internal Sales Data
  • Define KPIs and operate various BI technologies from a user perspective
  • Generate actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations
  • Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed
  • Deliver analytical and consulting services for Business Analytics projects
  • Ensure superior stakeholder engagement through insight-driven projects
  • Collaborate across functions to execute cross-functional projects successfully

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in the Pharma industry
  • Master’s Degree from a well-recognized institute
  • Undergraduate degree in Pharma, Science/Biotechnology, or Engineering
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Understanding of IQVIA Market/Sales and Prescription data
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English
