About the role
Senior Cost Manager on JLL’s Cost Management team, driving feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans for KSA projects. The role involves quantity take‑off, risk mitigation, RFI coordination, and delivering cost plans to occupier and investor clients. Based in Hyderabad, TS, the position is on‑site with full‑time hours and offers modern IT equipment, remote working capability, and continuous professional development.
What you’ll do
- Support feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans
- Conduct quantity take‑off from design information
- Demonstrate understanding of construction methodology
- Identify, communicate and mitigate risk
- Raise RFIs to optimise deliverables
- Deliver cost plans for projects
- Provide high quality services from inception to completion
- Develop verbal, numerical and report/proposal writing skills
- Work to deadlines
- Use Microsoft Office and CostX
What you’ll bring
- 8 years experience in QS/CM
- BE/B.Tech in relevant field
- MRICS preferred
- Knowledge of MasterFormat, NRM, POMI, CESMM
- Experience with Middle East projects
- Team management skills
