What you’ll do
- Serve as senior expert for complex client payment inquiries
- Lead resolution of high‑risk, time‑sensitive cross‑border investigations
- Create procedures and train new liaison consultants
- Partner with product, technology, sanctions, risk, and operations teams to improve client experience
- Mentor team members and develop best‑practice standards
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years payments or banking operations experience
- Expertise in SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 messaging
- Experience with cross‑border payment processing and FX transfers
- Proven track record resolving high‑value payment investigations
- Strong stakeholder influence and client meeting facilitation
