Design Engineer - Test at Ramboll is responsible for the structural design and analysis of offshore jacket structures for oil and gas platforms. The role is based in Chennai, India, and requires occasional travel to offshore sites or client locations. A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, 3-5 years of offshore structural design experience, proficiency in SACS, STAAD, AutoCAD, and FEA, and strong analytical skills are essential. A Professional Engineering license is preferred.

What you’ll bring
- Minimum 3-5 years offshore structural design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in SACS, STAAD, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Knowledge of offshore engineering standards and codes.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
