What you’ll do
- Gather and analyze business requirements for new or enhanced systems
- Create functional specifications, process maps, and use cases
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality
- Provide training and support to end users
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years as Business Systems Analyst
- Experience with Legal, Compliance, or EHS applications
