About the role

Flowserve India Controls supervises the Site QC program, driving continuous improvement of quality KPIs, supplier quality, and internal audits in a highly engineered manufacturing environment. The Quality Control Supervisor leads the QC team, manages NCR/MRB processes, oversees inspections, metrology tooling, and supports ISO 9001:2015 certification. Coimbatore, India, on-site, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Supervise and lead QC team
• Lead NCR/MRB and problem‑solving initiatives
• Champion quality culture aligned with Flowserve values
• Oversee incoming, in‑process, and final inspections
• Manage metrology tooling and calibration programs
• Drive improvement of quality KPIs
• Support ISO 9001:2015 and other certifications
• Coordinate external customer audits

What you’ll bring

• 6 years QA/QC experience
• 5 years as Quality Supervisor
• Leadership of QC team
• Metal-mechanic industry background
• Knowledge of GD&T, MSA, Gage R&R
• Green Belt certification
• Proficient in data analysis and KPI management
• English business level
