BETSOL seeks a Technical Support Engineer in Bengaluru to provide high-quality technical assistance to international clients via voice and chat. The role involves diagnosing issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position requiring a graduate degree and 1-3 years of experience.

What you’ll bring

Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years experience in Technical Support or BPO industry
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic to advanced knowledge of computers and software
Working knowledge of internet and networking
Typing speed minimum 35 wpm with 100% accuracy
